Kimberly started with a simple observation after two decades across very different organizations: every culture, every broken process, every stalled initiative traces back to a person. Develop the person and the leader appears. Strengthen the leader and the culture follows. Build the culture and the organization transforms.
As Founder & CEO, Dr. Reyes-Dott is an Organizational Development Executive and Executive Coach with more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, business, government, education, entertainment, and nonprofit sectors. She holds doctoral-level training in Organizational Development and Clinical Psychology and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management — and she does all of it fluently in English and Spanish.
Today she partners with executives, teams, and entire organizations to turn accountability, discipline, and leadership into the everyday habits that outlast any engagement.
